This is where Marykutty lived before. Her home was a small, fragile structure with only one bedroom, and it was no longer safe for her to live in. Built with wooden logs and covered with tarpaulin, the house was in a severely deteriorated condition and could have collapsed at any time, especially during heavy rain or strong winds.

House4All built her a simple 420-square-foot concrete home, giving her a safe, secure, and dignified place to live. The total cost of the house was US$6,000. Our local team personally visited Marykutty, carefully assessed her living conditions, and confirmed that she was a genuinely deserving beneficiary. The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 19:17: 'Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and He will reward them for what they have done.'

This home was built for Ponnamma, an unmarried woman who has endured many hardships in life. She owns four cents of land, but due to financial difficulties, she had never been able to build a home of her own. Both of her knees have been operated on, making it extremely difficult for her to walk, and she also suffers from several other health issues.

After the passing of her parents, she had been living with her siblings while earning a modest income as a housemaid whenever her health allowed. Although her siblings supported her, living with them for a long time meant losing much of her privacy and independence. Her greatest desire was to have a home of her own. Through House4All, we were honored to help make that dream a reality by providing her with a place of comfort, dignity, and hope.

Suvarna earns a modest income through her tailoring work, doing everything she can to provide for her family. For years, she dreamed of building a home of her own and approached many people for help, but every door seemed to close before her.

She lovingly cares for her elderly mother, who struggles with mental health issues, and her teenage sister, carrying the responsibility of her family on her shoulders. Along the way, Suvarna has endured many personal trials and heartbreaking challenges, yet she has never given up. Despite the pain and uncertainty she has faced, she continues to work with courage, faith, and hope for a better tomorrow. A safe and secure home would not only provide shelter but also restore dignity, peace, and a renewed sense of hope for this family.

Saji is an automobile mechanic who has faithfully followed the Pentecostal faith for the past 15 years. He runs a small automobile workshop, but his daily income is only around ₹250 to ₹300 (approximately $3 to $4), making it difficult to provide for his family's basic needs. Over the years, Saji has taken on many family responsibilities, including helping to arrange his sister's marriage. As a result, he accumulated significant debt and was unable to build a home of his own.

Saji and his family were in urgent need of a safe and secure house. We planned a modest 423-square-foot concrete home for them, with an estimated project cost of ₹600,000 (approximately US$7,200). With no other means of financing construction, our local team personally visited him, verified his circumstances, and confirmed that he was a deserving beneficiary.

Every contribution, regardless of the amount, helped provide Saji and his family with a safe place to call home. Together, we made a lasting difference in the life of this family.

Rajesh lives with his wife and their two children. He worked as a painter until a devastating workplace accident changed the course of his life. While working on a building, he fell from a significant height and suffered serious injuries that left him bedridden for nearly six months. Although he has recovered enough to move around, he continues to experience the effects of his injuries and is unable to work regularly, leaving the family with a very limited income. Adding to their hardship, his wife is living with kidney disease and cannot work consistently, so the family struggles to meet daily needs while also covering her medical expenses and their children's education.

The family owns only a small portion of inherited land, shared among several siblings, much of it used as a burial site for relatives who passed away after battling cancer. As a result, Rajesh and his family were living in a small temporary shed on the remaining land. The shelter was in poor condition, and whenever it rained the roof leaked badly, making it difficult and unsafe to live there. Wanting to provide a better future, Rajesh's mother-in-law purchased a small plot of land through a loan so the family could build a permanent home.

After carefully assessing their circumstances, House4All selected Rajesh and his family as beneficiaries because of their genuine need. Their new home has given them stability, safety, and hope during an incredibly difficult season, allowing them to focus on their health, their children's future, and rebuilding their lives, with the security and dignity that every family deserves.

The family is from Ranni, Kerala. Shiju, the head of the household, works as an auto-rickshaw driver, while his wife is employed as a housemaid and stays with the family she serves in Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum) to earn a living. They have two children who are currently studying in the 7th and 6th grades.

Since 2014, the family has been living in a small house that is covered with tarpaulin due to its poor condition. During heavy rains and strong winds, water leaks into the house, making it extremely difficult and unsafe for the family to live there. Despite these hardships, they continue to persevere with hope for a better future.

After assessing their living conditions, House4All identified Shiju and his family as deserving beneficiaries for a new home. Our goal was to provide them with a safe, secure, and dignified place to live, where their children can grow up in a healthy and stable environment, replacing their fragile shelter with a permanent home that offers safety, stability, and hope for the future.

David works as a painter, but he is unable to work regularly because he is the primary caregiver for his wife, who is paralyzed and cannot move around without assistance. As a result, the family's income is very limited, and they struggle to meet even their basic daily needs.

The family lived in a rented house that was in extremely poor condition. The tiled roof had holes in many places, causing severe leaks during the rainy season. To reduce the water leaking in, they covered parts of the roof with tarpaulin, but the house remained unsafe and uncomfortable, especially during the monsoon. Adding to their hardship, the landlord asked them to vacate the property as soon as possible.

The family does not own any land, making it difficult to build a home of their own. However, a modest house nearby was available for sale at nearly the same cost as constructing a small cabin house. After carefully evaluating their situation, House4All determined that purchasing this house was the most practical and sustainable solution, freeing them from the uncertainty of renting and giving David a safe place to care for his wife with dignity and peace of mind.

Jaimon works a small job while faithfully serving the Lord through his local church. His wife, Sini, has been living with diabetes for many years and depends on insulin and medication to manage her condition. They have two sons: the elder is in the 7th grade, and the younger is in preschool.

For many years, the family has struggled with significant financial debt, making it impossible for them to build a home of their own. Although Jaimon inherited 10 cents (0.1 acre) of land from his parents, they have not had the means to build a safe and secure house on it.

The family has been living in their current house for more than 10 years. Built mainly with tin sheets, it is in a severely deteriorated condition and is no longer safe to live in. It provides very little security, and its poor structure allows snakes and other animals to enter easily, posing a serious risk to the family's safety. During heavy rains and harsh weather, their living situation becomes even more difficult.

Jaimon shares, 'We have never been able to build a proper house because we have been burdened with many debts. The only property we have is the 10 cents of land I inherited from my parents. Receiving a safe and secure home would be a tremendous blessing for our family.'

A local pastor recommended Jaimon and his family, and our team visited their home to assess their situation firsthand. After seeing their living conditions, House4All selected them as beneficiaries because of their urgent need for a safe, secure, and dignified home, and a stable environment in which to raise their children.

Twenty years ago, Simon's pastor helped them build a small house. Unfortunately, due to financial difficulties, the house was never fully completed. Over time, the exposed brick walls deteriorated, making the structure weak and unsafe to live in.

The couple has no children, and both are elderly and struggling with poor health. Despite her age, the wife continues to work as a housemaid to provide for their daily needs. With no one to support them and no means to repair their home, they lived in constant fear that the house could collapse at any time. Their greatest hope was to have a safe and secure place where they could spend the rest of their lives with peace and dignity.

For many years, John faithfully earned a living as an auto-rickshaw driver. Despite his hard work, his income was only enough to meet his family's basic needs, leaving him with no hope of expanding their tiny home.

The family lived in a single-bedroom house. As their needs grew, they made a small extension using a tarpaulin outside the house, but whenever it rained or strong winds came, the temporary shelter offered little protection, causing them great hardship and uncertainty. Their dream of having enough space for their family seemed impossible.

Through the compassion and generosity of House4All, we were able to build a proper extension with multiple rooms for this family. Today, they can live safely under a strong roof with the space they need, protected from the rain and the hardships they once faced. This extension has given them comfort, security, and the assurance of a brighter future together.

This house was built for Raju and his wife, Susamma. Raju worked as a plastic furniture weaver, but due to health problems, including severe allergies and other medical conditions, he is no longer able to work regularly.

For the past 11 years, Raju and Susamma have been living in rented houses. Although they purchased five cents of land with the hope of building a home, they could not afford the construction costs and are still repaying the loan they took to buy the land.

They were also unable to benefit from the government's free housing program because they could not provide all of the required documentation. Previously, they owned a small house, but mounting debts and financial obligations forced them to sell it. Today, they have no home of their own and no permanent place to live. This new house offers them the security, dignity, and hope of a stable future.

We came to know about this family through one of our relatives. The beneficiary has faithfully served as a pastor for more than 46 years. Along with his wife, he dedicated his life to serving God and caring for others, often putting the needs of people before his own. As a result, he never had the opportunity to build or own a house.

He has two daughters, both of whom are married and faithfully serving the Lord. When friends and acquaintances learned that this devoted pastor had no home or property of his own, they were deeply moved. In a remarkable act of kindness, a Catholic gentleman donated five cents of flat land in the city so a home could be built.

With the support of generous donors and the House4All family, construction of the house became possible. Sadly, after living in the new home for only a few months, the pastor's beloved wife went to be with the Lord. Though her time in the house was brief, she was blessed to see God's faithfulness fulfilled through the love and generosity of many people.
